All flannel products are flame-retardant certified: DIN 4102-B1, M1 and EN 13501.

DIN 4102-B1 is a German industrial standard. Fire class B1 is a classification within the German standard. B1 indicates that the material is flame-retardant and fire-resistant.

M1 is the fire class for the French system.

And finally, there is now also a European classification system in which the material is EN 13501 certified.
